The program was successful, but the LSAA board realized the reach was narrow. In the fall of 2008, Leadership Tomorrow was expanded and taken in to the high school and re-formatted into a speaker series that is open to a wider group of students. The sessions are held during the lunch period, pizza and soft drinks are provided and the program is open to any junior or senior student at Stillwater High School. Series speakers are selected that are recognizable to the students and that have a leadership success story to share.

The goals of Leadership Tomorrow are to help students recognize their own leadership potential, develop leadership skills and understand their capability to impact the community. It is LSAA's intent to provide speakers that will influence the students and help them recognize that leadership skills and roles are developed and desired.

Justin Biasou, OSU Student Government Association President

Chelsea Clifton, President of the Oklahoma FFA Association.

John Herrington, Oklahoma born former astronaut and first Native American to walk in space.

The Honorable Tanya Raun, City of Stillwater Municipal Court Judge and Lecturer in the Spears School of Business at OSU

Representative Cory Williams, Oklahoma House of Representatives, District 34

Mike Staubus, Art Director for Stan Clark Companies

Charlie Meadows political talk show host

The program directors for the 2010-2011 school year are Leadership Stillwater Class XIX members Angela McLaughlin and Kathleen Mixon. Leadership Stillwater Class XIV member Emalee Johnson serves on the Leadership Tomorrow Committee.

Leadership Stillwater Class XVIII members Tina Fugate and Rena Sterling have served as program directors of the LT speaker series for the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 years.
